Description

Overview

CSNRI Pipe Wrap Kit (formerly Milliken Pipe Wrap) is a fiberglass-reinforced epoxy repair tape for permanent leak and corrosion repair on pressurized pipe. Wrap the activated tape over a leak or damaged section, hand-form to the pipe contour, and the resin cures hard in minutes for a structural patch rated to 450 psi. Used by water utilities, oil and gas operators, chemical plants, and facility maintenance for in-service repair without taking pipe out of operation.

• PW-0204: 2 in x 4 ft, for small-diameter pipe and pinhole repair
• PW-0212: 2 in x 12 ft, for longer runs on small pipe
• PW-0412: 4 in x 12 ft, for medium-diameter pipe
• PW-0520: 5 in x 20 ft, for larger pipe and broader damage
• PW-0625: 6 in x 25 ft, for the largest standard repairs

How To Use

Clean and prep the pipe surface. Wear gloves. Open the foil pouch and activate the tape by submerging in water. Wrap immediately, overlapping each pass, working from one side of the damage outward. Hand-form to the pipe contour during the 3-5 minute working window. Allow ~30 minutes to functional cure before returning to service.

Notes

Each kit includes the wrap, gloves, and surface prep materials needed for one repair. Use multiple kits for very large damaged sections. For very high pressure, very high temperature, or hazardous media, contact us first to confirm the wrap is the right system.
