SynthoGlass is a patented fiberglass composite repair system from CSNRI, designed for emergency pipe repair, leak sealing, and structural reinforcement. The composite arrives pre-impregnated with a water-activated resin in a sealed foil pouch, no mixing or specialized tools required. Initial set in about seven minutes at 75°F, full cure in roughly thirty.

Chemical Concepts stocks the SynthoGlass family for maintenance, facilities, and emergency response applications. The line includes SynthoGlass® Pipe Repair Kits in widths from 2 to 8 inches, SynthoGlass XT for internal and external corrosion on pressurized lines, SynthoGlass NP and UP kits for depressurized and pressurized pipe (NSF61 and BS6920 compliant for drinking water contact), SynthoGlass ViperSkin carbon-fiber wraps for extreme-strength repairs, and SynthoPlug kits for hull and tank hole damage.
