Description
SynthoGlass EPN-101 is a two-part high-build epoxy paste for filling pits, voids, dents, and worn surfaces on metal, masonry, and composite substrates. Cures hard, machinable, and chemical resistant. Used in industrial maintenance for rebuilding worn shafts, pump housings, tank floors, and process equipment.

Installation
Clean and abrade the repair surface to bare substrate, SSPC-SP10 white metal blast preferred. Mix the two parts at the specified ratio until uniform. Trowel into the void in lifts as the geometry requires. Allow full cure before machining or returning to service.
