Description
This 50ml cartridge contains Chem-Set 633, a thixotropic two-part epoxy gel that fills gaps to 0.25 in and holds position on vertical and overhead work. The cartridge dispenses through a static mixer, so both parts are metered and mixed as they leave the nozzle with no cups, sticks, or hand mixing. That makes it repeatable across multiple bond points and keeps the material clean between applications. Requires a 50ml manual dispense gun and static mixers, both sold separately.

Dispensing This Package
Load the cartridge into the gun without a mixer attached, open the tip, and burp the cartridge until both sides come out uniform. That step keeps air out of the mix. Attach the static mixer, purge a short bead onto scrap, then apply.
Working Notes
- Static mixing removes hand-mix variability, which matters when bond strength has to be consistent across multiple points.
- Cap the cartridge between uses and change the mixer. Material cures inside a used mixer.
- Non-sagging gel holds position on vertical and overhead bond lines.
