Description

Devcon Floor Patch is a 40 lb, three-component epoxy concrete repair compound for industrial floors, retaining walls, masonry, and other damaged surfaces. ITW Performance Polymers describes the material as an all-purpose concrete patching compound with 8000 psi compressive strength, easy mixing, and resistance to water, oils, solvents, and alkalis.

• Anchoring bolts in concrete during maintenance and plant repair work.

The product is trowel applied after the components are mixed. The technical data sheet says to spread the material over the repair area, work it back and forth to form the top layer, and trowel again after the material thickens during pot life for a smoother finish. Plan surface cleaning, crack removal, edge preparation, and traffic control before the pail is opened.

Use this pail when the repair needs more strength and chemical resistance than a simple cement patch can provide. Confirm moisture conditions, repair depth, cure temperature, and traffic timing before mixing. Stage gloves, mixing tools, trowels, disposal supplies, and barricades so the crew can place the material within its working time. Mark the repair zone until cure is complete.
