Description
The Fusor 302 dispensing gun is a manual 300 and 225 mL applicator built to push high viscosity collision and panel bonding adhesives with steady, controllable pressure. From LORD (Parker), it is the workhorse hand gun for shops running Fusor cartridge adhesives.
What the Fusor 302 dispensing gun handles
It dispenses both 1 to 1 and 2 to 1 dual cartridges. A conversion plunger stores on the rear of the gun, so switching between ratios takes seconds without a second tool. That covers panel bonding, seam sealing, and structural repair cartridges in the common 300 and 225 mL sizes. Because the same tool covers both common ratios, a shop can standardize on one applicator across its panel bond, seam sealer, and structural adhesive cartridges instead of stocking separate guns.
How the Fusor 302 dispensing gun is built
A 26 to 1 thrust ratio drives stiff, high viscosity adhesives with low hand effort, which matters on long bonds where fatigue leads to skips. Composite cartridge supports hold the cartridge stable through the stroke, the nose accepts easy cartridge insertion and ejection, and a tempered, built-in nozzle cutter trims mixer tips for clean, controlled bead sizing. The steel rod and frame stand up to daily shop use, and the rod stops feeding the moment you release the trigger, which limits waste at the end of a bead.
