Description
The Techcon TS7000 cartridge assembly housing holds the feed screw cartridge in place on the TS7000IMP rotary auger valve. It is one of the dispensing valve parts that lets a technician swap a worn feed screw and chamber without removing the entire valve from the automation cell.
Where These Dispensing Valve Parts Fit
This housing accepts the cartridge assembly and secures it with a single thumb screw, so the feed screw and chamber can be pulled and replaced in the field. The design keeps the valve on the Z-axis gantry during the swap, which cuts changeover time compared to removing the full valve body. It works with every TS7000IMP feed screw pitch: 8P, 8P high output, 16P, and 32P.
Purge TS7000IMP valves with dispensing conditioner between shifts or after every eight hours of continuous dispensing, then run a full teardown clean after about a month of service or whenever fluid starts to cure inside the chamber. A cartridge that no longer seats flush in this housing, or a thumb screw that no longer draws tight, both point to housing wear rather than a worn feed screw.
