Description
Insulcast I-Cast 3316 HFRS is a two-part, thermally conductive epoxy potting compound for encapsulating power electronics that run hot and have to meet fire-safety, moisture, and vibration requirements. It cures to a tough UL 94 V-0 mass with strong dielectric protection.

Surface Prep and Use
Mix Part A and Part B at 100:20-25 by weight until uniform. Pour or pump the mixed compound around the assembly, and degas under vacuum for a void-free pot in critical parts. Allow 12 hours at room temperature for full cure.
