Description
Insulcast I-Gel 70 CC FR NS is a two-part, flame-retardant silicone dielectric gel from ITW Performance Polymers that protects sensitive electronics from heat, moisture, and vibration. It cures to a thermally conductive gel that carries heat away from hot-running parts while cushioning delicate components.

Surface Prep and Use
Clean and dry all surfaces before potting. Mix Part A and Part B at 100:5.5 to 6 by weight, pour or pump around the assembly, and degas under vacuum for a void-free pot. Cure 3 hr at 100C followed by a 1 hr post-cure at 150C.
