Description
Insulcast RTVS 27 LV is a two-part RTV silicone potting compound for protecting electronic assemblies from heat, moisture, and vibration. Its low viscosity lets it flow around tightly packed components and fill voids before it cures to a tough, protective mass.

Surface Prep and Use
Mix Part A and Part B at 1:1 by weight. Pour or pump the mixed compound around the assembly within the two-hour pot life, and degas under vacuum for a void-free pot in critical work. Cure for 24 hours at 25C, 1 hour at 60C, or 0.25 hour at 120C.
