CONATHANE CE-1155 Conformal Coating – 6 Gram Foil Twin Pack

CONATHANE® CE-1155 is a two-part, solvent-based polyurethane conformal coating used to protect printed circuit boards in harsh operating environments. It is qualified to MIL-I-46058C and IPC-CC-830B and is commonly specified in military, aerospace, and industrial electronics applications.

This product is supplied in a 6 gram foil twin pack containing pre-measured Part A and Part B. The coating chemistry is standard CE-1155 and is identical to material supplied in quart and gallon kits. There is no change to formulation, performance, or qualification. The only difference is the packaging size and format.

The 6 gram foil twin pack is intended for applications where bulk packaging is impractical, such as qualification testing, laboratory evaluation, rework and repair, field service, and low-volume coating work. The compact format helps reduce waste and simplifies handling when only small quantities are required.

Once cured, CE-1155 forms a hard, tough protective film with excellent moisture resistance and good abrasion resistance. It adheres well to phenolic and epoxy-glass laminates and includes a fluorescent dye to aid inspection under ultraviolet light. Application methods include spray, dip, or brush, with cure at room or elevated temperatures depending on process requirements.

For higher-volume production use, CONATHANE® CE-1155 is also available in quart kits and gallon kits.
