Description
Insulcast RTVS 3-95-1 is a two-part RTV silicone potting compound for encapsulating and protecting electronic assemblies against heat, moisture, and vibration. Poured or pumped around a component and cured, it forms a tough, thermally conductive mass that keeps the finished part working in the field.

Surface Prep and Use
Mix Part A and Part B at 100:5 by weight until uniform. Pour or pump the mixed compound around the assembly, then degas under vacuum for a void-free pot in critical parts. Cure 24 hours at 25 C, 4 hours at 50 C, or 15 minutes at 125 C. Pot life at 25 C runs about 1.5 hours, so mix only what you can place in that window.
