Description
Insulcast RTVS LN 18-100 is a two-part RTV silicone potting compound for protecting electronic assemblies from heat, moisture, and vibration. Poured or pumped around a component, it cures to a tough protective mass that keeps the finished part working in the field.

Surface Prep and Use
Mix Part A and Part B in the specified ratio until uniform. Pour or pump the mixed compound around the assembly and degas under vacuum where voids are a concern. Allow the compound to cure at room temperature to a tough protective mass before handling.
