Solid surface fabricators and laminators run this dispenser for seaming, edge bonding, sink rail installation, and undermount installation work with Integra Component Bonder. The 400 mL format is the production-shop size for higher-volume joints and longer pulls, where 50 mL or 250 mL cartridges run out mid-bead and force the operator to swap cartridges in the middle of a seam. Operators load the cartridge, snap on a static mixer, prime the mixer with a short purge bead, and dispense directly into the joint with a controlled lever pull.

How the Integra 400 mL dispenser handles 1:1 and 2:1 ratios

The gun ships with the correct plungers for 400 mL cartridge geometry and supports a switch between 1:1 and 2:1 mix ratios by changing the plunger inserts. Thrust is mechanical (manual lever drive), so no compressed air or battery is required at the bench. The body is built for shop-floor durability with full-length steel rods, a reinforced barrel cradle, and an integrated cartridge release for fast reloads between adhesive cartridges on a production run.
