IP68 Deform-Nut Hex Body, Flange-Sealing, Closed-End – Stainless Steel
These flange-sealing closed-end deform-nuts provide reliable internal threads in thin materials while maintaining an IP68 water- and dust-tight seal. A durable plastic flange seal and closed barrel design prevent ingress of liquids or contaminants, making them ideal for enclosures, housings, and outdoor equipment.
Constructed from 18-8 stainless steel (AISI 303 / 1.4305), these inserts deliver strong performance and corrosion resistance in wet or chemically exposed environments. The hexagonal shank ensures superior twist resistance by locking into hex-shaped holes, preventing rotation during installation or service.
Also available in a Round Body IP68 Deform-Nut version for cylindrical hole applications.
