Ultra-Thin Panel Anchoring: IM1S / P1.4-20 / H5
The IM1S (1-Crown) Keep-Nut™ is specifically engineered for applications where material thickness is severely limited. Requiring a minimum surface thickness of just 8.0mm, this insert allows fabricators to install strong, flush, 1/4-20 threaded anchors into thin High-Pressure Laminate (HPL), glass, and slim solid surface panels without risk of blow-out or cracking.
Installation is completely epoxy-free. Simply drill a 12mm diameter hole to a depth of 5.5mm, press the insert in, and it is instantly ready to bear a load.
