Description
LORD 305-1 is the resin component Part A of the LORD 305 two-part epoxy adhesive system, supplied in bulk packaging for production, fabrication, and industrial bonding applications. When combined with LORD 305-2 hardener, the system delivers strong, durable, chemically resistant bonds across a wide range of substrates.
This medium-viscosity epoxy resin is engineered for structural bonding of metals, elastomers, thermosets, phenolics, fiberglass reinforced plastics, and wood. The cured adhesive exhibits excellent environmental resistance, toughness, and dimensional stability, making it well suited for assemblies exposed to temperature variation, moisture, vibration, and chemical exposure.
LORD 305-1 is commonly used in manufacturing environments where bulk hand-mixing, trowel application, brush coating, or custom batch sizes are required.
System Compatibility
LORD 305-1 must be mixed with LORD 305-2 Hardener at the specified ratio to achieve full performance. For customers seeking simplified dispensing and pre-metered mixing, the LORD 305 adhesive system is also available in 50 mL and 200 mL dual cartridges under the LORD 305-1/305-2 designation.
