Surface Prep and Use

Fill each barrel with the components you intend to dispense, then seat the sealing pistons to remove trapped air. Load the cartridge into a matching C-System gun, attach a static mixing nozzle, and purge a short bead to confirm even flow before applying to the work. The dual-barrel design holds both parts apart until the material passes through the nozzle, so mixing happens only at the point of use.

For storage between jobs, remove the nozzle and fit the resealable cap to keep the contents protected. Match the mixer style (bell or integrated-nut, helix or quadro) to your material and gun for the cleanest results. Total cartridge length is 7.5 inches with a 3 inch width across both barrels.
