Description

The Medmix 250ml F-System empty 2-part cartridge holds two-component adhesives at a 10:1 mix ratio and keeps both parts separated until you are ready to dispense. Each cartridge ships with matched pistons and resealable sealing caps, so you can fill, store, and reseal partial cartridges between jobs. The body is molded from PBT, a tough engineering plastic that stands up well to reactive materials where standard polypropylene can swell or degrade.

This cartridge is empty. To dispense, you load it into a matching 250ml F-System dispensing gun and fit a static mixing nozzle, which combines both components in the correct ratio as material is pushed out. Pistons and caps are included. Guns and mixing nozzles are sold separately.

Surface Prep and Use

Fill the cartridge with your two components in the correct chambers, insert the pistons, and cap until use. When ready, remove the cap, fit a static mixing nozzle, and load the cartridge into a 250ml F-System gun. Dispense a short purge bead first to confirm even flow before applying to your part. Confirm your adhesive specifies a 10:1 ratio before filling.
