Description

The Medmix 250ml F-System empty 10:1 ratio cartridge is a two-part packaging system molded in polypropylene (PP), supplied empty with sealing pistons and resealable caps. It is built for shops that fill and dispense their own two-component adhesives, sealants, and potting compounds at a fixed 10:1 mix ratio. Reference number AF 200-10-10-01.

The PP body holds the two components in separate chambers with a sealed interface between the cartridge and the mixer, so the parts stay apart until they pass through the static mixer at the point of application. Self-venting lip-seal pistons make extrusion smoother and reduce trapped air, and the supplied caps let you reseal a partially used cartridge for later work. The cartridge dispenses through a matching F-System manual or pneumatic dispensing gun fitted with a compatible static mixing nozzle, which combines and meters the two parts as you dispense.

Surface Prep and Use

Clean and dry all bonding surfaces and remove oil, dust, and loose material before application. Fill the two chambers with the matched components, insert the pistons, and load the cartridge into a 10:1 F-System dispensing gun. Attach a fresh static mixing nozzle, purge a short bead to confirm an even mix, then dispense onto the work. Replace the nozzle between sessions and reseal the cartridge with the supplied caps if material remains. Always follow the adhesive manufacturer’s cure schedule and handling instructions.
