Description
Medmix 400ml F-System Empty 1:1 Ratio 2-Part Cartridges with Pistons & Sealing Caps (AF 400-01-10-01) give you an industrial grade, silicone free way to package, store, and dispense two-component adhesives and sealants that mix at a 1:1 ratio. Each 400ml (13.2oz) cartridge ships empty and includes matching sealing pistons and a resealable cap, so you can fill it with your own material, seal it, and dispense it when the job calls for it. The dual barrel design keeps both components separate until you attach a static mixing nozzle, where the two parts meet and curing begins.
These cartridges use the industry standard F-System format from Sulzer Mixpac, so they pair with matching F-System dispensers and mixing nozzles. They are rated to 100 psi sustained pressure and built for repeatable metering across production and field work.
F-System Cartridge Benefits
- Empty 400ml (13.2oz) dual cartridge at a true 1:1 mix ratio for accurate component metering
- Includes matching sealing pistons and a resealable cap, ready to fill and store
- Industrial grade and certified silicone free for sensitive bonding work
- Rated to 100 psi sustained pressure for consistent extrusion
- Standard F-System format fits common dispensers and static mixing nozzles
- Keeps two components separate until the nozzle is attached, reducing waste
Common Applications
- Repackaging bulk two-component epoxies, urethanes, and acrylic adhesives
- Structural bonding in manufacturing and assembly
- Potting, sealing, and gap filling with metered material
- Maintenance and repair work that needs controlled dispensing
- Prototyping and small batch adhesive application
- Any job needing precise 1:1 metering of paired components
Surface Prep and Use
Fill both barrels with your two paired components, insert the included pistons, and cap the cartridge until use. When you are ready to dispense, remove the cap, twist on a matching F-System static mixing nozzle, and load the cartridge into a 400ml dispenser. The two components combine inside the nozzle as you extrude, so they stay separated until application. Clean substrates for the best bond. Surfaces should be free of dust, oil, and loose material before applying any adhesive or sealant.
Mixing nozzles are generally single use because they cure with material left inside after the first use. Keep spare nozzles on hand for repeated jobs. Select the nozzle style (Helix MFH or Quadro MFQ) that suits your material and flow.
