The Medmix 490ml F-System empty 10:1 ratio cartridge gives you a clean, reliable way to fill, store, and dispense two-component materials. Each cartridge is molded from polypropylene (PP), ships with matching pistons, and includes a sealing cap so you can close off partially used cartridges and protect your material between jobs. The two-part design keeps both components separated until you attach a static mixer, where the resin and hardener meter at a fixed 10:1 ratio and combine on their way to the work surface.

PP construction makes this cartridge well suited to a wide range of chemistries, including epoxies, urethanes, silicones, and other two-part compounds. It follows the industrial standard F-System format, so it seats in matching F-System dispensing guns and accepts standard F-System static mixers. To dispense, pair the cartridge with a compatible 490ml manual or pneumatic gun and the correct mixing nozzle, both sold separately.

Surface Prep and Use
