Surface Prep and Use

Clean and dry both bonding surfaces before dispensing. Remove dust, oil, and loose material so the cured adhesive can develop full strength. Insert the supplied pistons into the filled cartridge, push the blue pin to seal, then attach a bayonet static mixer and load the cartridge into a matching 50ml dispenser.

Discard the first short bead to confirm both parts are flowing evenly, then apply at a steady rate. Static mixer nozzles are generally single-use and should be replaced when material in the nozzle begins to cure. Always confirm the cartridge ratio matches your two-component system before filling.
