Medmix 50ml Empty 1:1 Ratio 2-Part Cartridges (AA 050-01-10-33) are Square-Back/A-System dual-barrel cartridges for hand-filling 1:1 two-part adhesives, epoxies, silicones, and urethanes. The cartridge ships with self-venting pistons and a resealable cap, making it the standard format for repackaging bulk material, building custom field repair kits, and dispensing in-house formulations.

Choose between an individual cartridge, a 1250-pack case for production runs, or a 7500-pack pallet for high-volume contract filling.

Filling and Use

Pour Part A into one barrel and Part B into the other, then insert the included pistons using a 50ml piston insertion tool. The self-venting design lets trapped air escape during insertion and seals when the piston meets the resin. Cap the cartridge for storage. To dispense, remove the cap, attach a Quadro or Helix static mixer, load into a 1:1 manual or pneumatic dispenser, and apply.
