Medmix 50ml Empty 1:1 Ratio 2-Part Cartridges with EPDM O-Ring (AA 050-01-10-34) are A-System (Square-Back) dual-barrel cartridges fitted with Medmix Airfree pistons and EPDM O-rings. Use them where the lip-seal version (AA 050-01-10-33) is not the right fit and an O-ring seal is preferred. EPDM gives broad chemical resistance across water-based formulations, polar solvents, and many adhesive chemistries.

Choose between an individual cartridge, a 1250-pack case for production runs, or a 7500-pack pallet for high-volume contract filling.

Filling and Use

Pour Part A into one barrel and Part B into the other, then insert the Airfree pistons using a 50ml piston insertion tool. The Airfree design lets trapped air escape during insertion and seats the EPDM O-ring against the resin. Cap the cartridge for storage. To dispense, remove the cap, attach a Quadro or Helix static mixer, load into a 1:1 manual or pneumatic dispenser, and apply.

How This Compares to AA 050-01-10-33

The AA 050-01-10-33 uses self-venting lip seal pistons with no separate O-ring. This AA 050-01-10-34 uses Airfree pistons plus an EPDM O-ring for chemistries that benefit from a more positive seal. If you need silicone O-rings instead of EPDM, ask about the B-System AB 050-01-10-35.
