Description

The Medmix 50ml S-System empty 10:1 ratio cartridge is a two-part dispensing cartridge built for storing and applying bulk adhesives that need precise metering. It ships empty with pistons and sealing caps so you can fill it with your own two-component material, seal it, and store it until use. The S-System format is also known as RoundBack, or as a B-System cartridge with an S-Flange. Molded from PBT plastic, it is optimized for MMA (methyl methacrylate) and acrylic adhesives, and it also handles epoxies, silicones, urethanes, and other two-part compounds.

The two chambers keep both components fully separated during storage, which prevents cross-contamination and premature cure. The pin-style sealing pistons make filling clean: air escapes as each piston is inserted, then a push of the pin locks the seal. To dispense, pair the cartridge with a matching 50ml manual dispensing gun and a static mixing nozzle, which combines the two parts at the correct ratio as the material is extruded.

Surface Prep and Use

Fill each chamber with the matching component, insert the pistons to vent trapped air, and push the pins to seal. When ready to dispense, remove the cap, load the cartridge into a 50ml dispensing gun, attach a static mixing nozzle, and purge a short bead to confirm a clean, uniform mix before applying to a clean, dry, contaminant-free surface. Follow the adhesive manufacturer’s cure and handling instructions.
