Description

The Medmix MixPeel 280ml empty 1:1 ratio coaxial cartridge gives you a clean, sealed way to store and dispense two-component adhesives and sealants using a standard caulking gun. Unlike side-by-side cartridges, the MixPeel uses a coaxial design with one barrel nested inside the other, so both parts hold an equal 1:1 volume in a single 280ml (9.46oz) body. Each cartridge ships empty with the pistons and re-sealable caps included, ready for filling, storage, and dispensing.

Because the format matches the standard caulking tube template, you can dispense two-part materials with common one-part caulking guns and dispensers. Pair the filled cartridge with a matching dispenser and a static mixer nozzle to meter and combine both parts as they extrude. The cartridge is industrial grade, silicone free, and rated to 100 psi sustained pressure.

Surface Prep and Use

Fill both chambers of the empty cartridge with your two-component material, install the pistons, and seal with the included caps for storage. When ready to dispense, remove the cap, attach a compatible static mixer nozzle, and load the cartridge into a matching dispenser. Extrude a short bead to purge until the material is evenly mixed before applying. Static mixer nozzles are generally single use.
