Sulzer Mixpac MAHX static mixer nozzles blend two-part materials as they leave the cartridge, producing one homogeneous bead at the tip. The MAHX uses a bayonet (twist-and-lock) inlet sized for 50 mL AA-series cartridges and a helical element core that folds Part A and Part B together along the length of the nozzle. They run 4:1 and 10:1 ratio chemistries across silicone, epoxy, urethane, acrylic, and polyester.
