Description
The Medmix Sulzer Mixpac MCH 06-32T static mixer is a 32-element mixing nozzle built for the C-System line of two-component cartridges. It threads onto the cartridge with a retaining nut and blends resin and hardener into a uniform mix as the material passes through the helical elements, so the adhesive, sealant, or potting compound that reaches the substrate cures the way the manufacturer engineered it to.
Sulzer Mixpac rebranded as Medmix in 2021, so you may see this part cataloged under either name depending on the source, but the tooling, part numbers, and fit are unchanged.
What the MCH 06-32T Static Mixer Code Means
Mixpac part numbers follow a set pattern: the first number is the mixer’s nominal bore diameter in millimeters, the second number is the element count, and the trailing letter identifies the outlet style. On this model that works out to a 6mm bore, 32 mixing elements, and a T outlet, a tapered tip that friction-fits across a range of nozzle sizes. The higher element count relative to the MCH 10-20D gives a longer mixing path for the narrower bore, which keeps thorough blending on a smaller-diameter mixer.

Cartridge Fit and Compatibility
The MCH series is built for C-System cartridges, the larger-format 200 to 1500ml sizes common on structural epoxies, polyurethane adhesives, and two-part sealants dispensed from pneumatic or battery-powered guns rather than hand caulk guns. The retaining nut attachment keeps the mixer seated under dispensing pressure, and the tapered outlet on this model makes it easy to seat across nozzle sizes without a separate reducer fitting.
Applications
Fabricators and installers reach for the MCH 06-32T static mixer on structural bonding, anchor and rebar doweling, and general two-component sealant work where the cartridge system already uses C-System hardware. Because it is a wear item rather than a reusable fitting, most shops keep a case on hand and swap a fresh mixer with every new cartridge rather than risk cross-contamination or a partially cured plug from a leftover mixer.
Chemical Concepts stocks the full dispensers, mixers, and nozzles line alongside the two-component adhesives and sealants that use them, so you can order the cartridge and the correct mixer together.
