Description
The MCH is a Sulzer Mixpac static mixer designed for AC series two-component cartridges. The integral nut mount lets the operator drop the mixer onto 200ml, 400ml, 600ml, and 1500ml cartridges in 1:1 or 2:1 ratios, run a bead, and discard the disposable nozzle when the work is done. The MCH series is widely specified across electronics, aerospace, automotive, and construction assembly because it covers a long list of cartridge sizes with a single mixer family.
What a Sulzer Mixpac static mixer does
A two-component adhesive only performs as well as its mix. The Sulzer Mixpac static mixer uses helical elements inside the disposable plastic tube to fold and recombine the two streams as they travel toward the outlet. By the time the material exits the nozzle, the A and B components have been homogenized to the design ratio without the operator having to stir or pre-mix. The integral nut mount provides a positive lock onto the cartridge and avoids leaks during high-pressure dispensing.
MCH cartridge compatibility
The MCH family fits AC series cartridges across the full size range. Smaller 200ml cartridges suit hand-held assembly work. The 400ml and 600ml options run on standard pneumatic guns for higher-volume production. The 1500ml format moves into bulk industrial use. The same MCH mixer family covers all four sizes, simplifying the spare parts inventory for shops that run multiple cartridge formats. The 1:1 and 2:1 ratio options cover most two-component adhesives in service today.
