Techcon TS618-HO-LD-B30/2 bent nozzles are a dispensing needle choice for cartridge dispensing into hard-to-reach areas. The 6 inch high-output nozzle includes a 30 degree bend at 2 inches from the outlet end, giving operators better approach angle control than a straight nozzle.

This bent format helps place material around lips, ribs, housings, fixtures, and assemblies where a straight cartridge nozzle would force the hand or gun into a poor angle. The TS618 high-output family uses a larger 1/8 inch class outlet than TS616 styles, so it is often selected when the material path needs more flow or when filled materials do not suit a smaller opening.
