Description
Permabond® HH190 50 mL Bottle is an anaerobic flange sealant designed to replace conventional pre-cut gaskets in metal assemblies. It cures in the absence of air between close-fitting metal surfaces.
The 50 mL bottle format is suited for maintenance, repair, and smaller production runs where controlled bead application is required. HH190 provides an instant pressure seal and ultimately seals up to 5000 psi.

Application and Handling Notes

Apply as a continuous bead encircling bolt holes

Best results on clean, dry, grease-free surfaces

Roughened surfaces (~25 µm) improve bond strength

Cure speed may be reduced on zinc, aluminum, or stainless steel

Activators A905 or ASC10 may be used to accelerate cure
