Description

Permabond® TA4605 is a two-part, 1:1 toughened acrylic adhesive formulated to bond low surface energy plastics like polypropylene, polyethylene (HDPE, LDPE, UHMW), and PTFE without surface pretreatment. This fast-curing product reaches fixture strength in just 5–10 minutes, making it ideal for high-speed production or repair environments.

TA4605 also offers outstanding adhesion to rubbers such as EPDM and nitrile, in addition to metals, composites, and engineering plastics. It includes microbeads to control bond line thickness and can fill gaps up to 1mm—perfect for structural assemblies with varied tolerances.
