Permabond UV610 adhesive is a one-component, UV-curable methacrylate ester formulated for high-strength glass-to-metal bonding. It stays liquid until exposed to suitable curing light, giving assemblers time to align transparent parts before initiating cure. This 1 liter bottle supports repeat production, larger dispensing setups, and applications where small retail containers would require frequent changeover.

Cure and Application Considerations
Clean the mating surfaces so oil, dust, moisture, and handling residue do not interfere with adhesion. Cure performance depends on lamp type, intensity, distance, bond-line thickness, and the light transmission of the glass. A low-power lamp can produce a fast cure when the joint and exposure conditions match the technical data. Confirm cure at the actual production geometry before releasing parts to service.
