Description
The Techcon 20 gauge flexible dispensing needle is a yellow plastic tip for controlled adhesive and fluid placement in tight or angled areas. The 1-1/2 inch length gives operators reach into recesses, along inside corners, and around fixture edges while the flexible body reduces the chance of scratching a finished substrate. This pack contains 50 tips for bench dispensing, repair kits, and production cells that replace tips regularly to keep bead quality consistent.
dispensing needle applications
Flexible TS-P style tips are useful when a rigid metal cannula would be too stiff for the part geometry. They help place cyanoacrylate, light adhesives, sealants, oils, and other qualified fluids from a Luer lock syringe barrel or dispensing valve. The yellow 20 gauge size gives a moderate outlet for small beads, dots, and touch-up work without stepping down to a very fine tip that clogs quickly.
Use this tip for electronics assembly, sign and display work, model-shop repair, countertop fabrication details, gasket placement, and general manufacturing tasks where a controlled bead matters more than high flow. The plastic construction is especially helpful around polished, painted, or molded parts because it is less likely to mark the surface during close hand work.

Techcon describes TS-P flexible tips as silicone free and chloride free, with a customizable length for access-limited work. Cut only when the process calls for a shorter outlet, and keep the cut square so the bead does not deflect. Replace the tip when adhesive begins to cure inside the bore, when the outlet is nicked, or when the bead starts wandering from the intended line.
