Description
The Techcon 22 gauge flexible dispensing needle is a black plastic tip for smaller beads, controlled dots, and close-up adhesive placement. The 1-1/2 inch length helps reach into fixtures, under lips, and around parts without forcing the operator to hold the syringe or valve at an awkward angle. Each box contains 50 tips for service carts, assembly benches, and production lines that need clean tip changes during a shift.
dispensing needle applications
This flexible TS-P tip fits Luer lock dispensing hardware and works well where a rigid metal needle is too likely to scratch the workpiece or bump against a fragile edge. The 22 gauge outlet is finer than a 20 gauge tip, so it suits small beads of cyanoacrylate, light sealant, lubricant, flux, primer, and other qualified fluids. It is also a useful choice for controlled touch-up work after a primary bead has already been placed.
Operators use this style in electronics assembly, plastic part bonding, display fabrication, light repair, instrument assembly, and countertop detail work. The flexible body can bend around obstructions while still keeping the outlet close to the deposit point. That makes it easier to place material where the part, not the tool, should control the hand position.

Techcon TS-P flexible tips are listed as silicone free and chloride free. For best results, purge the first small amount after installing a new tip, keep the outlet clean between parts, and change the tip when cured material narrows the bore. If the fluid is highly filled or unusually viscous, test flow first because a fine 22 gauge outlet can raise back pressure quickly.
