The Ritter Q20 static mixer is a German-made square static mixing nozzle that blends two-component adhesives and sealants evenly as the material passes through 20 helical mixing elements. With an integral nut connection, it threads directly onto compatible cartridges and meter-mix systems for repeatable, bubble-free output shot after shot. The square element profile splits and recombines the resin and hardener streams many times over a short length, producing a homogeneous mix without the waste of an oversized nozzle.
