How the Sinkits Undermount Sink Clamp Holds Up
Each clamp uses a 1 1/4 in anchor bolt and needs no clips, screws, nuts, washers, or separate anchors to track on a job site. The binding tab is bent to create clamping pressure as the clamp seats, and the weight of the sink itself works with that pressure to keep the mount tight over time, without an adhesive bond line that can fail under thermal movement or repeated hot and cold water cycling.
Because there is no epoxy cure step, a sink can go into service the same day it is mounted instead of sitting idle while an adhesive sets up. That single change removes one of the longest waits in a typical undermount install and lets a countertop shop turn a job around faster without cutting corners on the mount itself.
