Description

This Permabond dispensing needle is a 25 gauge stainless steel tip built to fit select Permabond adhesive package formats, including AA, CA, ET, MT, PT, TA, and UV. The narrow gauge gives an operator a fine, controlled bead for small bond lines and precise placement in place of the wider stock tip that ships with the package.

Permabond cautions that metal needles can promote curing and clogging with anaerobic adhesives, so anaerobic products should use the applicator material specified for that chemistry, commonly PTFE tubing or a compatible polypropylene tip.
