The measured pump package makes it easier to repeat a proven color formula across several adhesive batches and separate pieces from the same job.
Matching Newport 116 Pigment to the Material
Newport 116 is one of the premixed color references in the Chemical Concepts countertop fabrication brochure. Use that reference as a starting point, then confirm the color on the actual slab. Surface polish, resin pattern, edge thickness, daylight, and interior lighting can all affect the way a finished seam reads. Prepare a small sample with the same Stone Seam adhesive and hardener planned for production, allow it to cure, and compare the finished sample next to the joint.
Add color in controlled pump increments and record the count for every batch. If the target shade needs adjustment, combine only with other documented Stone Seam colors and keep a written formula. The 32-color system is designed to support repeatable matches without maintaining a separate adhesive cartridge for every slab color.
