Application Guidance
Bonding surfaces should be clean and free of dust, dirt, and grease before application. Spray from 6-10 inches away at a 90° angle to the substrate and apply a consistent coating that avoids puddling, targeting 80-100% coverage at 2.5-3.0 dry grams per square foot. For porous surfaces and exposed edges, apply two coats and allow the adhesive to dry fully until tacky without transfer before assembly. Position parts carefully and apply 40-60 PLI using a nip roller or a properly used 3-inch J-roller. Full bond strength develops in 24-48 hours depending on temperature and humidity. Do not use with plasticized vinyl, flexible plastics, expanded or extruded polystyrene, polyethylene, polypropylene, or copper/copper alloy substrates, and avoid spray equipment containing aluminum or copper components.
