Description
TE730050 tip is a Techcon TE Series Premier dispensing needle with a 30 gauge, 1/2 inch lavender cannula, sold in packs of 50. Techcon describes the TE Series as stainless steel cannula tips with double helix polypropylene hubs for secure syringe barrel attachment, burr-free construction, and electro-polished flow paths.
TE730050 tip Flow Control
The 30 gauge size is used when a process needs fine placement of low viscosity materials or a small bead around tight features. The 1/2 inch length keeps the tip compact for bench work, fixtures, and close component access. The lavender color helps operators identify gauge quickly when several needle sizes are staged together.
TE730050 tip Use Cases
- Fine dispensing of adhesives, solvents, primers, activators, inks, flux, and similar fluids.
- Controlled bead placement on electronics, small assemblies, and repair stations.
- Standard luer lock syringe and barrel setups.
- Pack of 50 for production benches and field service kits.
- Silicone-free and chloride-free tip family for sensitive dispensing work.
Setup Notes
Match needle gauge to fluid viscosity, required bead size, and available dispensing pressure. A very small gauge can restrict thicker materials, while a larger tip can over-apply thin fluids. Start with the process sheet, then confirm bead width and flow on scrap before work moves to the finished part. Replace clogged or bent tips rather than increasing pressure beyond the validated setting.
Keep packs closed until use so dust and shop debris do not enter the cannula. If the fluid cures in the needle, discard the tip and fit a fresh one. For repeat jobs, record the gauge, length, pressure, and bead result together.
