Description
The Xemex X2-FZ8-8S Low-Waste Static Mixer is designed for dispensing high-ratio two-part adhesives using standard F-system cartridges while minimizing adhesive waste during mixing.
Using Xemex’s patented internal mixing geometry, eight mixing elements can achieve mixing performance comparable to much longer traditional mixers. The shorter mixer body reduces retained adhesive volume while maintaining reliable mixing performance.
The 8.7 mm internal diameter supports higher material flow rates for production dispensing. A stepped outlet tip allows trimming the nozzle to adjust bead size for controlled adhesive placement.
This mixer is compatible with common industrial adhesive chemistries including epoxies, methacrylates, urethanes, and silicones and is optimized for 4:1 and 10:1 adhesive systems.
