Description

The Techcon 23 gauge stainless steel dispensing needle is a fine rigid Luer lock tip for small dots, narrow beads, and controlled placement of qualified fluids. Its 1/2 inch cannula keeps the outlet close to the work surface, giving operators better control when the part is small, the bead path is short, or the deposit needs to land inside a tight feature. Each pack includes 12 tips for bench and maintenance stock.

The 23 gauge size steps down from a 22 gauge outlet when a smaller deposit is needed. Use it for light adhesives, primers, lubricants, fluxes, and other fluids that can pass through a fine stainless cannula without excessive back pressure. The rigid body helps maintain position against fixtures, brackets, and small assembly features where a flexible needle might move away from the intended path.

Because the outlet is small, flow testing matters. Install the needle squarely on the Luer lock fitting, purge a small amount before production, and replace the tip when the bead shape changes. Do not use a partially clogged tip as a pressure test. That can create inconsistent deposits and can stress the barrel, valve, or fitting upstream. For non-marring work on polished parts, consider a flexible plastic tip instead.
