Bostik Liquid Rivet

Bostik® Liquid Rivet™ 1152 FS is a one component, moisture-curing, polyurethane adhesive that has extremely high thixotropy and cured strength.

Bostik Liquid Rivet is known for many significant product benefits:

• very high green strength and initial tack.
• excellent elastic high strength bonds.
• very high solids and minimal VOC’s (both CARB and SCAQMD compliant) and meets OTC VOC regulations.
• sandable and paintable.

The high thixotropy that Liquid Rivet 1152 FS exhibits allows for the easy overhead and vertical bonding and panel holding. This means reduced clamping times and increased torsional stiffness of final assemblies!

As you might guess from the product name, Liquid Rivet replaces most, if not all, mechanical fasteners like rivets and screws when applied to proper engineering guidelines. And without all of the mechanical fasteners, you’ll find that Bostik Liquid Rivet improves vibration attenuation and sound dampening.

• Bonding floors (plywood and composite) to sub-floors and metallic / non-metallic vehicle frames.

Bostik 70-03A

Bostik 70-03A is a high quality adhesive and sealant based on Silyl Modified Polymer (SMP). Contractors turn to this adhesive for creating elastic construction joints that require high strength.

Bostik 70-03A is known for many significant product benefits:

• Solvent, isocyanate, and pvc-free.
• Low residual tack.
• High green strength and with very good workability.
• Extremely durable performance.
• Good adhesion on many substrates without the use of a primer.
• Permanently elastic within temperatures from -40°F to 212°F (-40°C to 100°C).
• Neutral, odorless and fast curing.
• Primerless adhesion.
• Paint compatible with most industrial paint or lacquer systems, both alkyd resin and dispersion based (please note: due to the large scale of different types of industrial paints a paint compatibility test is recommended).
• Paintable after skin forming (wet-on-wet); this will not influence the cure rate of the bead.
