Description

3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP105 Clear is a fast-setting, two-part, 1:1 mix ratio epoxy adhesive that cures to an exceptionally flexible, transparent bond. One of the most flexible epoxies in the Scotch-Weld DP series, ideal for dissimilar substrate bonding and applications requiring flex tolerance.

• Work life: 4-5 minutes
• Handling strength: 20 minutes
• Full cure: 48 hours at room temperature
• Mix ratio: 1:1 by volume
• Viscosity: 6,500 cps
• Shore D hardness: 39 (extra-flexible)
• Overlap shear (etched aluminum): 2,000 psi
• Shelf life: 15 months

Substrates and Applications

Bonds metals, plastics (ABS, polycarbonate), glass, wood, fiberglass, and rubber. A go-to for dissimilar substrate joining and impact-resistant assemblies where rigid epoxies would fail.
