How This Plunger Works With a Syringe Barrel

The plunger seats inside the open end of a 3 cc barrel opposite the tip. Thumb pressure or an air-powered piston drives the plunger down the bore, displacing the fluid out through the tip and any attached dispensing tip or needle. Because the plunger diameter matches the barrel bore closely, the seal stays consistent shot to shot, which keeps bead size repeatable across a production run.
