This assembly connects a 10cc syringe barrel to a timed dispenser controller through a molded receiver head and air hose.
Where This Dispensing Valve Component Fits
The 700 Series receiver head pairs with Techcon’s digital timed dispensers to actuate 10cc barrels for higher-volume metering: potting, encapsulation, larger bead adhesive lines, and any job where a 3cc barrel runs out too fast. The receiver head is the connection point between the controller’s air pulse and the barrel itself, and this assembly includes the hose and quick-connect fitting needed for a working station.
How the Dispensing Valve Connection Holds Up
Scaled for the larger 10cc barrel, the head uses the same one-piece molded body and O-ring seal approach as the 400 Series but sized to the bigger barrel diameter, maintaining a clean air seal through repeated connect and disconnect cycles. The hose and quick-connect fitting handle the same pneumatic pressures the 700 Series controllers are built to deliver, and the assembly swaps onto a compatible dispenser without additional hardware.
A 10cc barrel, tip, and this receiver head form the wetted and pneumatic path of a complete high-volume dispensing station.
