Description
The Techcon 30cc black syringe barrel is a 700 Series polypropylene reservoir for dispensing adhesives, sealants, greases, coatings, and other assembly fluids through compatible luer-lock tips. The black body blocks visible and ultraviolet light better than natural barrels, making it useful when the material is light sensitive or when an operator does not need to watch the fill level during dispense.

A 30cc reservoir gives more shot capacity than 3cc, 5cc, or 10cc sizes while staying manageable in a hand-held or bench-mounted syringe gun. It suits bead work, repeated dot patterns, potting touch-ups, gasket repair, coating passes, and maintenance jobs where a small cartridge is too limited but a two-component cartridge set is more than the job requires. The 500-pack quantity supports production benches that treat barrels as clean, single-use fluid containers.
Use this barrel with compatible Techcon pistons, end caps, receiver heads, manual plungers, pneumatic controllers, and dispense tips. Match the piston style to the material. White wiper pistons seal low to medium viscosity fluids, blue easy-flow pistons reduce required dispense pressure, and red straight-wall pistons help with higher viscosity materials that can string or bounce.

Fill from the large end and keep the luer outlet capped until the dispensing tip is ready to install. After filling, insert the selected piston squarely so it travels evenly and does not trap a pocket of air near the barrel wall. Keep barrel threads and luer seats clean because cured material at the tip connection can change bead size or cause leakage during the next purge.
