Description
Techcon 700 Series 3cc blue end caps are the small dispenser parts that keep a filled syringe barrel sealed and clean between production runs. Molded from polypropylene, each cap presses onto the inlet side of a 3cc barrel to block dust, moisture, and stray contamination from reaching the material held inside. This bulk pack holds 1,000 caps for high-volume bench dispensing lines.
Where these dispenser parts fit
End caps seal the top of a loaded barrel during storage, transport, and any pause on the bench. They seat on the 700 Series 3cc barrel and seal all standard syringe sizes across the line, so a shop running several barrel volumes can standardize on one sealing method. Paired with a matching tip cap on the Luer end, the barrel stays closed on both ends, which protects pre-loaded adhesives, greases, solder paste, and other process fluids from skinning, curing, or picking up debris before they are dispensed.
The polypropylene body is compatible with the silicone-free and chloride-free materials the 700 Series barrels are built for, so the cap will not contaminate sensitive one-part chemistries. Caps push on and pull off by hand, leave no residue, and hold a friction fit that can be reused until it loosens. Because they add a positive seal, they also stop pre-filled barrels from leaking or drying out when a line is loaded in advance of a run.
